Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Lead project planning, scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling efforts for electrical, civil, and mechanical installations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, materials, and equipment to optimize project performance while adhering to budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all project activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols, fostering a culture of safety among the project team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in project management, particularly in electrical, civil, and mechanical installations within the renewable energy or construction sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
