Project Manager

 

Description:

The Manager 1-2-1 Communications will be a key leadership role within the Philip Morris International (PMI) project. This position involves managing a dynamic team comprising Field Supervisors, Brand Ambassadors, and support staff. The role includes city-level performance reporting, daily client coordination, inventory management, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Responsibilities:

Team Management: Oversee and lead a team of 5-12 Field Supervisors, 25-70 Brand Ambassadors, and support staff, ensuring their motivation, productivity, and adherence to project goals.

 

City-Level Performance Reporting: Generate and submit detailed performance reports at the city level, providing insights into the effectiveness of the team's efforts.

 

Client Coordination: Maintain daily communication and coordination with the client, Philip Morris International (PMI), to ensure alignment with project objectives and address any client concerns or requirements.

Inventory Management: Manage product inventory, including collection, disbursement to the team, and accounting on a daily basis to ensure efficient resource allocation.

KPI Delivery: Monitor and ensure the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs), including man-hours worked and contacts made by the team.

Requirements:

Candidates for the position of Manager 1-2-1 Communications should meet the following requirements:

Education: A minimum of 16 years of formal education is required.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar or associated field, demonstrating leadership and team management capabilities.
