Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Own sales and marketing technology project plans for initiatives in your portfolio.
- Assemble and lead teams of subject matter experts to define requirements and build results.
- Own discovery, design, implementation and go to market for the projects in your portfolio including coordination with stakeholders and technical counterparts.
- Represent the business and coordinate with partners from other functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Product, HR, Finance, etc.) to drive multi-functional planning and execution
- Anticipate, mitigate and remove obstacles to project progress and maintain high levels of quality and performance
- Provide status reports of overall project health
- Manage daily activities, planning and scheduling meetings
- Manage and control changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Build, maintain and manage project documentation
- Communicate regularly about progress and risks
