Description:
This role's job responsibilities include;
- Manage the projects from start to finish & ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.
- Arrange, manage resources needed to complete project, manage costs in order to meet budget.
- Monitor the performance of teams on site and provide directions and feedback as and when required.
- Maintain constant liaison with the Clients/Contractors and their representatives (Architects, Engineers etc.), including attending regular meetings, pre-bid meeting, site surveys and providing reports to ensure the pace of work progress.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, quotations, and project plans, and related technical documents along with preparing and delivering presentations/demonstrations to clients for achieving targets and goals.
- Ensure that the construction activities are carried out according to the plans, designs and drawings and ensure accuracy of the qualities, all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Oversee quality control, health and safety matters of workers on the construction site.
- Design and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives.
- Review design consultants’ drawings and integrate them into the project.
