Description:
Water Regime Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for the services of Project Manager having 4 to 6 years of experience & Senior Project Manager having 08 to 12 years of experience preferably in Water Treatment Plants. Required Qualification is Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
Required Qualities & skills:
- Having vast experience in designing & execution of Water Treatment Plants, Industrial Effluent Treatment Plants, Recycling Systems, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Ultrafiltration Plants & Sewage Treatment Systems.
- Manages the setup of all design management systems and documents, ensures technical staff is appointed and roles and responsibilities of each team member.
- Provide project management and governance of the design team complex and large-scale projects to achieve reliable project performance in terms of commercial outcomes, design solutions, timeliness, and quality, Source, build, and maintain strong and effective client, stakeholders, and intimal team relationships through successful project delivery and targeted activities
- Provide leadership to the senior management team, engineering managers, leads, and employees on the project to ensure project team technical and staff cohesion, optimal performance, resourcing, retention, and professional development
- Provide project technical leadership and project management of complex and large-scale projects to achieve reliable project performance in terms of commercial outcomes, design solutions, timeliness, and quality.
