Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing high-rise projects, preferably in the hospitality sector. This role demands strong leadership skills, multidisciplinary coordination expertise, and a commitment to delivering projects of exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Oversee managerial and administrative aspects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, billing, design review, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
- Assist and follow up on the design of all disciplines, including architecture, structure, and MEP.
- Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, explore cost-reduction opportunities, and suggest value engineering ideas.
- Supervise the subcontractor selection and buyout process.
- Lead bi-weekly on-site meetings to ensure alignment and address project challenges.
- Coordinate all departments and stakeholders involved in the project.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in design-build construction, with significant exposure to high-rise and hospitality projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
- A proven track record of successful high-rise project delivery and team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project challenges.
