Description:
Education: BS/BE degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in a Financial Sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Project Management Framework with relevant policies and procedures.
- Implement and roll-out the end-to-end software development tool including project management.
- Plan out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Organize, plan, lead and control the project teams.
- Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and standards / best practices.
- Develop and Manage work assignments and coordination within the project team.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Develop and monitor project risks and implements appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with development resources, and address/resolve gaps where necessary.
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests through Scrum/Agile/Waterfall processes.
- Comply with ISMS policies & procedures, including any other requirements set forth considering contractual, legal and regulatory needs (where applicable), of the company.
- To ensure compliance of Information Security, Business Continuity, Quality Management system and CMMI policies & procedures and actively participate in internal and external audits as per their roles and responsibilities.
