Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the assigned scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources, track project progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration).
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
