Description:
As a Project Manager in our marketing company, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing projects and business processes. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you'll work on optimizing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes, identify pain points, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or business processes. Proactively identify potential issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate risks as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects and business processes adhere to quality standards and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive results.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement or business process management
- High level of English proficiency
