Description:
This is an onsite role and preference will be given to candidates in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. If this role requires travel outside of your home city, accommodations and reimbursement will be provided accordingly.
Essential Functions:
- Produce project plans (scope, risk, quality, cost, change management, communications, procurement, work breakdown structure, and schedule)
- Work with the project sponsor to develop a project charter, goals, and priorities
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to quality, scope, and budget
- Develop Projects Scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are feasible and achievable
- Facilitate risk assessment/mitigation sessions, ensuring a balanced and priority-driven approach based on business needs
- Plan and allocate resources; delegate tasks based on the resource's strengths, skill sets, and experience
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Analyze the successful completion of short-and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analyses
- Regularly meet with clients to complete detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
- Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the project lifecycle
- Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies
- Manage project changes and ensure client approval before work commences
- Provide leadership in solving complex issues and drive innovation to improve overall efficiency
- Carry out additional duties occasionally, as instructed by senior management
- Maintain constant communication between the stakeholders and the subject matter experts (SME)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Project Management role, successfully leading full life-cycle business processes
- Project Management experience implementing an ERP solution (preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or JDE or SAP)
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management (including business and IT C-level staff) and customers/vendors
- Ability to develop project proposals, comprehensive project budgets, and plans, contributing extensively throughout the entire engagement lifecycle (from sales to delivery)
- Strong experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience successfully leading a range of midsize-to-large initiatives with different levels of complexity and business criticality
- Experience in Project Management, ideally from a consulting environment
- Strong business knowledge and people management skills
- Able to travel domestically and internationally, as required
- Strong/Advanced Excel skills including data management
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
