Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2 years of experience, strong design knowledge, and excellent client communication skills. The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules, particularly for design projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that project requirements and client expectations are met.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
- Ensure all project team members have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project management tools and methodologies, particularly those related to design processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within a design-focused environment.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Trello and Teamwork)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
