Project Architect

• Strong understanding of Architecture design processes and techniques. Proficiency In the relevant Software's such as AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D Modelling and other presentations related to projects. Good communication skills
• with ability to guide the junior team. Strategic thinking and ability to align the department goals with overall project’s vision. Strong problem solving abilities and results driven approach. Adaptability to changing project demands and industry trends.

Description:

• Middle east and or high rise building design Experience  will be plus
• Assist in managing the operations of Concept Design Department.
• Develop the project and tasks sequence related to reports, presentations and submissions.
• Collaborate with the related Authorities to the project for guidelines and approval requirements.
• Control the software related activities, defining and supervising the document control system within department.
• Practical knowledge of International and local Building, Fire, ADA codes and their applicability's in the projects.
• Provide innovation in the junior team by staying updated with modern industry trends and technologies.
• Prepare and review final presentations, reports and submissions to ensure the quality and control.
• Assist and Represent the Department in cross-departmental collaborations.
