Description:
Skynet Solutionz is looking for a Project Analyst, who will be responsible for managing project tasks and communications, as well as analyzing and documenting business requirements. This role ensures projects are executed smoothly, requirements are clearly defined, and solutions meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:|
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
Business Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Ensure requirements are clearly translated into technical solutions.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams to ensure clear communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
Quality Assurance:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Document and track issues found during testing, working with the team to resolve them.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and business analysis techniques.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
