Program Officer

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Project officer to join our team at Interactive Resource Centre, a civil society organisation specialising in art based development tools for the self empowerment of marginalised communities within Pakistan. The Project officer will assist in managing advocacy and awareness projects focused on human rights issues, with a particular emphasis on youth, women, and religious minorities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as international development, management sciences, social sciences, or human rights.

2. Experience of at least 1 year in project management, preferably within the development sector ( NGO's and think tanks)

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

4. Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.

6. Ability and willingness to travel to project sites within Pakistan.
