Program Manager

Description:

Wiselife Global is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead and expand its educational and wellness programs. This role blends program development, team leadership, and strategic partnerships to deliver high-impact courses, seminars, and workshops while fostering a thriving learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Delivery:

• Oversee the project management of educational programs, wellness seminars, and skill-building workshops aligned with the organization’s mission.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging curricula and training materials.

• Manage logistics (scheduling, venues, materials) for both on-campus and virtual events.

• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback and make necessary improvements.

Team Leadership & Growth:

• Hire, train, and mentor a cross-functional team of content writers, social media specialists, and customer support staff.

• Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and create a collaborative work environment.

• Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure timely delivery of content, marketing campaigns, and customer support.

External & Internal Liaisoning:

• Build partnerships with external organizations, influencers, and vendors to co-create programs and secure resources.

• Represent Wiselife Global at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities alongside senior management.

• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations) to align resources and strategies.

Content & Social Media Strategy:

• Oversee content creation (articles, videos, blogs) to promote programs and wellness initiatives.

• Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to engage audiences and drive registrations.

• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness and audience engagement.

Customer Support & Engagement:

• Ensure prompt resolution of participant inquiries and feedback.

• Develop retention strategies, including alumni networks and loyalty programs.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including program attendance, revenue growth, social media engagement, and team productivity.

• Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Wellness, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, education, or wellness industries.

• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ members.

• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with content creation tools and social media analytics.

• Creative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in digital communications and research.
