Program Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives, including but not limited to Startup.pk and the WECON Movement. The Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and overall success of these programs, ensuring they align with our company's mission to empower entrepreneurs and enhance business competitiveness in Pakistan.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development and Oversight:

◦ Design, develop, and manage multiple programs from inception through completion.

◦ Ensure programs meet their objectives on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Strategic Planning:

◦ Collaborate with senior management to define program goals and objectives.

◦ Develop comprehensive program plans including timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

◦ Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure program alignment with client needs.

◦ Manage expectations and maintain communication with all parties involved.

• Innovation Management:

◦ Foster an environment that encourages innovation within the programs.

◦ Implement tools and processes for idea generation, process streamlining, and technology adoption.

• Performance Monitoring:

◦ Track program performance through KPIs, metrics, and continuous feedback loops.

◦ Analyze outcomes and report on progress to stakeholders and company leadership.

• Team Leadership:

◦ Lead, mentor, and manage program teams, ensuring effective collaboration and motivation.

◦ Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.

• Risk Management:

◦ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

◦ Monitor and address issues that could impact program delivery.

• Marketing and Outreach:

◦ Work with the marketing team to promote programs and increase visibility among potential beneficiaries.

◦ Organize events, workshops, and conclaves to support program objectives.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem or business development is highly desirable.
