Program Manager

Description:

1. Fluent in English

2.1-3 years of experience in project coordination/management.

3. Excellent customer service.

4. Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.

5. Strong oral and written communication skills in professional English.

6. Experience working with and managing remote projects.

7. Certifications preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Six-Sigma, etc.

8. Experience with Monday.com, Zoho, and cybersecurity preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Direct and oversee the completion of various cybersecurity projects.

2. Project tracking (number of hours, timelines, and deadlines); allocation of resources.

3. Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan.

4. Assess risks and establish contingency plans.

5. Manage ongoing customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

6. Lead kickoff meetings.

7. Lead project status/scrum meetings.

8. Communicate with a diverse group of global team members and customers in a variety of time zones daily.
