Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, Delivery and Compliance – 50 %
- Ensures weekly and monthly reporting from programs to provide a weekly snapshot of programs flagging risks and red-flags to the Assistant Manager
- Provides oversight and quality control of project operations from planning to implementation and monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that results are delivered per work plan, standards, allocations, framework and rules and regulations
- Assure quality of all work plans, delivery approaches and methodologies for the projects in consultation with the Assistant Manager
- Proactively manage and regularly inform the Assistant Manager on all and any risks arising for projects
- Support the Assistant Manager in translating project priorities into local interventions and ensures coordination with clients, stakeholders and program partners
- Ensure that project portfolios are fully compliant with relevant donor and LAS rules, regulations, and laws, and also with organization’s mission
- Collaboration and Coordination – 10 %
- Maintains regular contact with project teams and other relevant internal departments to ensure monitoring of project’s progress, monitoring of work plans, projects effectiveness and achievement of results
- Research, communications and outreach – 40%
- Understand research deliverables across programs and prepare outreach material for social media, blogs and other forums
- Act as a liaison between program teams and communication department
- Creation of a communications/outreach guide for programs
- Identification of key online stakeholders for regular online engagement to improve visibility
- Development of linkages between research/program deliverables with narratives for development of outreach pieces
- Periodically draft research reports on qualitative/quantitative data collected across projects
- Support in conducting strategic research on provincial/federal level policies/frameworks to assist in advocacy and strategic outreach
- Periodically conduct research on national and international interventions/frameworks in-line with LAS’s thematic areas

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors in Social Sciences or any other relevant fields,
- 0 - 2 years of demonstrated experience in development sector (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Required advanced level of English, reading, writing for drafting skills.
- Creative, energetic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Demonstrated flexibility, motivation, and maturity.
