Description:
DialMax Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Accountant to manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s tax obligations. The selected candidate will ensure full compliance with FBR and SECP regulations while also possessing substantial knowledge of U.S. tax laws to handle international tax matters effectively.
This is a critical role within the finance department, offering the chance to contribute directly to the financial stability and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) tax regulations.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns, ensuring adherence to local and international laws.
- Provide strategic tax planning and expert advice to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Stay updated on all relevant tax law changes and proactively advise management on necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal finance teams and external auditors to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Handle and resolve any tax-related disputes or inquiries from tax authorities, both domestic and international.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting, focusing on FBR and SECP compliance.
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and international taxation principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tax filing platforms.
