Production Planning And Control Manager

Description:

The Production Planning and Control Manager shall be responsible for managing and organizing all aspects of the Planning related to plants production of a large tire manufacturing company. This includes establishing Production Planning processes, implementing MEP, assessing the material and wastage required.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Establish Production Planning processes.

2- Preparing BOM

3- Estimating material requirement as per BOM.

4- Allocating material in system as per BOM

5- Issuance of monthly/daily production schedule to production floor.

6- Lead and direct the procurement team and provide necessary training.

7- Liasioning with Production, Procurement and Stores for smooth production operation.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor of Engineering

Minimum of 10 years of experience in PPC, preferably in Manufacturing or Process Industry.
