Cougar is hiring a highly experienced and skilled Production Manager Knits to manage and oversee the cut to pack production process in its garments production unit. This is a senior role requiring deep expertise in knitwear production, from sourcing materials to managing production timelines and ensuring quality output.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in garments production unit.
• Strong knowledge of knitted fabric structures, yarns, and finishing techniques.
• Prior experience in production management, particularly in T-shirts, Polo Shirts, and Knitted Trousers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into knitwear products.
• Research trends, techniques, and new yarns to enhance the product line.
• Source high-quality yarns and materials aligned with company standards.
• Manage the entire production timeline, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
• Monitor production facilities to ensure ethical and sustainable practices are maintained.
