Production Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Monitor Health International (Private) Limited. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations of Syringes. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, optimizing processes, and supervising a team of production staff.

Qualifications
 

• Strong knowledge and experience in Syringe manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in process optimization and quality control
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to optimize cycle of production and solve bottleneck situations.
