We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Incharge to oversee and manage all production activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient material management, effective labor management, and production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a team to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all production activities independently, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Oversee material management, including procurement, inventory control, and usage.
- Effectively manage labor to ensure optimal workforce utilization and productivity.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Train, mentor, and manage production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferable experience in printing and packaging industry)
- Proven experience in a production supervisory or management role, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of production management processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage labor and optimize workforce performance.
