Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee resource and inventory optimization.
🔹 Track and report performance against set goals and standards.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Degree: BE / BSc. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience: 3-5 years in mobile/electronics manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong team leadership background and management skills
• Expertise in production planning
