1-Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

6-Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Requirements and skills
1-Previous experience in a customer support role
2-Track record of over-achieving quota
3-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
4-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
5-Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
6-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
7-High school degree
8-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
