This unique non-paid internship offers the opportunity for a Product Owner to work directly with the CEO and the Director of Development and Operations.
The role is designed for individuals with a passion for product management, looking to exert a tangible impact on the success of a leading e-commerce product.
You will play a pivotal role in steering product development, aligning team efforts, and ensuring our product not only meets but exceeds market expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Director of Development and Operations to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between various stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Prioritize product backlog items based on strategic objectives, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
- Monitor product development stages, ensuring milestones are met and adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges or opportunities.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to continually refine and enhance the product offering.
- Lead agile sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives, driving efficiency and team cohesion.
- Measure and report on product performance, using insights to drive further development and innovation.

- Demonstrated interest in product management, with a keen understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
