Product Operations Manager

Description:

Motive is looking for a talented Product Operations Manager to take its Safety portfolio to the next level. The role focuses on product growth, process optimization, automation, and sales & marketing insights. You will collaborate closely with product managers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Define, implement, and optimize processes to streamline product development
✔ Enhance collaboration between product, engineering, and business stakeholders
✔ Develop and manage comprehensive product rollout plans
✔ Track, analyze, and advocate for data-driven product enhancements
✔ Lead and manage Beta programs for new product testing
✔ Prepare for new product launches and maximize their impact
✔ Support Enterprise trials, identifying opportunities and coordinating solutions
✔ Drive continuous improvements in product engagement models

What We're Looking For:

✔ 6+ years of program management experience in Product, Sales, or Marketing
✔ Experience in product operations, process optimization, and new product development
✔ Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Salesforce, Excel
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end
✔ Experience working with remote/offshore teams
✔ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
