Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our IoT and smart home automation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing market success of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Create value propositions and key messages that highlight the unique benefits and features of our products.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
- Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell our products.
- Develop and manage content for marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create compelling online content, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Engage with customers and industry influencers to gather feedback and insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and advocate for product improvements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing technology products.
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies, smart home automation systems, and related markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with product development, sales, and customer support.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably in the IoT or smart home automation industry.
