Product Manager – Grain Seeds

Description:

Qualifications: BSc Agriculture. MSc or MPhil Preferred
Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role in an Agri Company dealing in either Rice or Maize

Role Description:
As the Product Manager – Grain Seeds, this role will be responsible mainly for:

• Creating a pipeline of products and varieties.
• Actively working on registrations of products with concerning bodies and managing regulatory requirements efficiently.
• Efficiently managing and devising product positioning plans & product pricing.
• Conducting technical training & seminars for internal & external stakeholders.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong product portfolio strategies aligned to market needs & business plans.
• Monitoring the market landscape to develop competitive analysis.
• Gathering and conducting research and feedback on the product.

Requirements:

• Strong technical understanding of Grain Seeds & regulatory framework.
• Strong analytical skills.
• The person should be number-savvy with excellent computation skills.
