Product Manager

Description:

4Sight is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its digital lending solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization while ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of digital lending products – from concept to launch and optimization.
📌 Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive trends.
📌 Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and market demand.
📌 Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to create innovative lending solutions.
📌 Analyze user data and feedback to improve features and drive product growth.
📌 Ensure regulatory compliance by working with risk and compliance teams.
📌 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
📌 Manage stakeholder relationships across different departments.
📌 Stay updated with fintech trends and digital lending innovations.

Required Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✅ At least 3 years of experience specifically in digital lending or fintech products.
✅ Proven success in launching and scaling digital financial products.
✅ Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, loan origination, and lending operations.
✅ Experience with digital financial services in Pakistan or similar markets.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
✅ Proficiency in product analytics tools and methodologies.
✅ Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration or a related field.
✔️ Experience with mobile wallet solutions and payment systems.
✔️ Knowledge of Pakistan’s regulatory framework for digital lending.
✔️ Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
✔️ Experience with credit scoring models and risk assessment frameworks.
✔️ Understanding of Islamic banking principles.
✔️ Product Management certification or relevant professional training.
