Description:

The Product Manager - Solar will oversee the development and management of our solar product portfolio. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in product management, a deep understanding of the solar industry, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for the solar product line, encompassing market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning.

Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to ensure product success.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
