Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the sales strategy and go-to-market initiatives for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a strong emphasis on driving SaaS sales, developing market strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product success.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing SaaS products.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive and effective GTM execution.
- Develop pricing models, promotional plans, and distribution channels to maximize market penetration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions and sales collateral.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering to deliver winning products.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs, gather feedback, and refine product offerings.
- Serve as a key point of contact for major clients, ensuring their requirements are met and fostering long-term relationships.
- Work closely with marketing to develop effective demand generation campaigns and content.
- Partner with customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and high satisfaction rates.
- Align with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of SaaS products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with SaaS products.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles.
