As a Product Manager, you play a very important role, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver innovative solutions that will revolutionize the way workers are managed, earn, and grow in emerging markets. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with CEO, tech leads and stakeholders to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for our SAAS and fintech products. Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop a long-term product strategy.
2. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Elicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide the engineering team. Continuously monitor and evaluate the development progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
4. User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure the products deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences. Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry best practices, and opportunities for product enhancements. Analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine and optimize product features.
6. Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with competitor products and strategies. Identify areas where our products can differentiate and excel, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Product Launch and Adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including marketing collateral, sales enablement, and customer training materials. Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, and proactively address any barriers to customer success.
8. Product Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the products, such as user engagement, retention, and revenue metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and proactively propose optimizations.
9. Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing customer needs and pain points. Respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback, and communicate product updates effectively.
