Description:
As a Product Executive - VAS, you will report to the Manager Products VAS. You will be responsible to provide visibility on the functionality of each and every product within the existing portfolio on a daily basis along with actionable insights on features which are not performing as per standard. You will work closely with commercial, technical and support departments to ensure the existing aspects of each product are functional as well as providing suggestions into additional features to improve product efficiency. You will also be responsible for handling.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards for quality assurance & share with management on a daily basis.
- Share insights into the functionality of each and every feature complaint handling performance of each product in order to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding content received in response to every action
- Daily testing of the all the features of the existing products & identifying gaps for improvement.
- Deep Dive on results (problem solving analysis) and conduct custom analysis.
- Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor product quality.
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Able to drive successful completion of deliverables and improve product life cycle
- Conduct Mystery shopping & ensuring information regarding VAS products are well versed by the client representatives.
- Share internal as well as external (to clients) Mystery shopping/call reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce or closely related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in customer services/quality assurance related role
- Experience with using various tools such as Jira for complaint handling.
- Experience with Telecom VAS as well as operations will be preferred.
- Have good presentation and communication skills with proficiency in English with ability to influence colleagues and decision makers.
- Work experience in VAS/IT company/startup is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work with a high degree of execution power and passion.
- Hands on Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
- Demonstrate commitment, maturity, flexibility and speed in response to challenges High level of integrity and ethics.
