Job Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Independently manage the entire product lifecycle of Smartbenefits verticals from ideation to delivery.
- Roadmap Development: Build a clear, actionable roadmap that aligns with the overall strategy and vision of the company.
- User Experience Ownership: Own the user experience for all digital platforms (mobile app, portal, and web) by enhancing UI/UX.
- Collaboration with Technology Team: Work with the technology team to implement and deliver quality features and products.
- Requirements and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product requirements and specification documents to guide the development team.
- Market Research and Discovery: Conduct market research and discovery to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare and wellness industry.
- Customer Feedback and Innovation: Gather customer feedback and insights through user interviews to continuously improve existing products and drive product innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer success to drive successful product initiatives.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, trainings, and sales enablement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with UI/UX and wireframing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Startup mentality with a proactive and adaptable approach.
