Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the onboarding process for new Pro clients.

- Set up and configure systems, funnels, and automations based on client needs.

- Ensure smooth delivery of services and continuous support.

- Create and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Continuously integrate various software and tools to enhance the platform.

- Implement new practices and technologies to keep the platform cutting-edge.

- Work on product management tasks to ensure the platform meets client needs.

- Provide technical support to client users.

- Resolve issues and improve the overall user experience.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in marketing automation.

- Suggest and implement innovative solutions to improve the platform.

- Execute add-on campaigns like email marketing and LinkedIn outreach for clients.

- Provide product support for seamless campaign execution.

- Manage and optimize campaign performance to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

- 1+ years' experience in Product Management, CRM, Project Management, Digital Marketing or a related field.

- Experience managing GoHighLevel or other any CRM software is a big plus.

- Basic understanding of marketing technologies, data analysis, and digital marketing channels.

- Tech-enthusiast with a curiosity for exploring new technologies.

- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.

- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
