Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Conduct trend analysis and utilize Business Plan of Trade Marketing for planned trade activities, plan sourcing to ensure timely execution of all activities
- Responsible for planning and strategy development for long term cost consistency, quality, and supplier service levels
- Prepare comparative analysis for supplier’s evaluation, cost comparison, supplier reliability and quality of the material and services
- Conduct Supplier Assessments for their capability to supply goods & services throughout the year
- Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing to assess the service level of new suppliers, on the basis of quality, quantity and cost
- Engage with stakeholders for supplier’s assessment, prepare and finalize preferred supplier list in their spend area and upcoming tasks as per Business Plan
- Provide samples as per the requirement for approval prior to placing order, negotiate received quotations / contracts with suppliers after attaining approval over the samples from all the relevant departments along with provide established / expert advice on product quality and supply capability
- Ensure seamless executions through follow-up with suppliers, and stakeholders
- Responsible for effective relationship management with all vendors in order to keep them updated on business needs
- Control supply signals and processing of payments in order to ensure business continuity
- Ensure vendor score card in terms of timely delivery, quantity, and quality of supplies though out each cycle of the buying of the buying process
- Provide market updates of competing activities suitable for the business
- Evaluate identified sources for standardization at organizational level
- Responsible for supplier and resource development for respective category based on EBM’s standards
- Benchmark with best industry practices to improve and enhance service delivery and stakeholder experience
