Procurement Officer

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the procurement process for materials, goods, and services, ensuring the company receives optimal value, quality, and timely delivery of resources.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for materials and services.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage purchase orders, inventory, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Business graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role within the real estate or relevant service industry.
  • Strong expertise in procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
