Procurement Officer

 

Description:

Responsibilities & Deliverables: The duties and responsibilities of this position include:

 

1. Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

2. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing Quotations from Suppliers

3. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

4. Creating and processing and managing approvals of Purchase Requisition (PR) on ERP

5. Generating and processing Purchase Orders (PO) on ERP

6. Create and Process Notes for Record and Payment Documentation

7. Liasson with Accounts department for Payments

8. Liaison with Vendors for Payment Coordination

9. Archiving Payment Records

 

 

Education & Qualification:

 

· Having B.Com degree from an institute recognized by HEC.

· Prior Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)

· Understanding of P2P Cycle and supply chain procedures

· Time management and Team player

 

Experience: 3 years of working experience in the field of procurement, administration, or supplier relationship
