Procurement Manager

 

Description:

Key deliverables:

· Responsible for preparation of procurement procedures and recommend improvements.

· Responsible for smooth operation of P2P cycle i.e. purchase to payment cycle.

· Coordination with vendors for RFP, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals, evaluation, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with organization policies and procedures.

· Ensure accurate and timely data recording and processing in ERP.

· Responsible for compilation of monthly data related to procurement activities and its reporting.

· Prepare monthly procurement plan and ensure its execution & reporting accordingly.

· Responsible for admin store management and its reporting.

· Carryout market analysis to get the best purchasing deals.

· Ensuring the proper tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GR, Invoicing and payments, and update database and report accordingly.

· Perform market visits to explore new potential vendors and to perform pre-qualification evaluation of vendors related to construction/ IT / Food / Non-Food items/Services and its reporting.

· Responsible for follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of goods/services.

· Responsible for close coordination with relevant departments for quality inspection of goods and services at the time of delivery/completion.

· Responsible to prepare goods/services contracts.

· Responsible for preparation of procurement annual budget.

 

Educational Qualification: Graduate with honors/Masters with preferred related experience of more than 5 years. Candidates with qualification in Supply chain will be preferred.
