We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Processing Incharge to join our dynamic team in the food industry. As a Processing Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire processing operations, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the processing operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating daily activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic processing environment
• Supervise a team of processing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance to optimize production output
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including yields, waste, and quality control metrics
