Description:

The stage of the assessment of the various departments of the factory to grasp the inspection standards

• Customer needs to collect, the stage of the test standards for appropriate adjustments and amendments.

• Take an active part in the process of new project test, record the quality hidden trouble found in the test process and point out the disadvantage of mass production. Put forward and discuss the improvement plan in the project review.

• When the major quality problems in process of the production line, for the first time to confirm, timely and effective organization and coordination of various departments to discuss and formulate action improvement measures

• For customer complaints, the first time to confirm the feedback information, to promote the various departments to conduct self-investigation, organize 8D meeting.

• Make 8D report submitted to the customer, and the implementation of improvements and preventive measures the situation is periodically audited.

• Performing additional tasks assigned by Superior
