Description:
SDSol Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer / Technical Lead with a strong background in backend development, frontend technologies, and database management. The ideal candidate must have an overall experience of 8-10 years with a proven track record in managing software development projects and the technical expertise required to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Lead and manage a team of developers on ASP.NET projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with international clients to understand project requirements, objectives,
- and timelines.
- Drive full-stack development and integrate best practices in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL
- Server.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure team members
- grow and maintain coding standards.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications.
- Manage project life cycle from initiation to completion, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow within the team and with stakeholders.
- Design and implement software architectures and frameworks to support scalable and maintainable applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Hands-on experience in backend development skills in .NET and other frameworks.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like Angular and React.
- Expertise in database management and design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
