As a Presales Consultant specializing in the banking domain, you will play a critical role in our Technical Sales process by leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise to support our sales team in presenting our cutting-edge solutions to prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to understand client needs, craft tailored presentations, and showcase how our banking solutions can address their specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Client Requirements: Engage with prospective clients to gather a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements. Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate these needs into comprehensive solution proposals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products or services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Articulate the key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings to potential customers.
- Solution Development: Create customized solutions that align with client requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and product knowledge. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, providing technical guidance and recommendations throughout the sales process. Address technical inquiries, overcome objections, and provide detailed explanations of our product capabilities.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop persuasive proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs). Ensure proposals are accurate, well-written, and tailored to meet the client's specific needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase our products' features and capabilities.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers during the evaluation and implementation process.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Candidate should have work experience on banking products / solutions
- Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of software solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise software architectures.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-focused solutions and proposals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
