Description:

A PPC Specialist manages internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns including strategy, design, implementation, SEO, and analysis of ad performance. It is a challenging role that is also highly sought after because it takes a unique skill set to nail a PPC campaign.

 

We seek a data-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (SEO, Web Development, Cybersecurity) to ensure campaigns align with clients’ broader IT and digital objectives.

This is a 100% remote role that is expected to support EST or CST work hours.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with KPIs like ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.

Audience & Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting.

Performance Optimization: A/B test Ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Monitor budgets and adjust bids for maximum efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM tools. Deliver clear, actionable reports to clients and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with SEO, Web Development, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure landing page optimization, security compliance, and cohesive digital strategies.

Client Communication: Serve as a PPC advisor, presenting strategies, results, and recommendations to clients.

Industry Trends: Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to maintain competitive edge.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Improve performance of a dedicated client portfolio comprised of lifestyle brands

• Create, execute and optimize campaigns on paid social platforms on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.

• Create and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ad Words and Microsoft Ad Centre

• Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research and compelling copy to optimize campaigns

• championing the development of new Paid Media tactics & initiatives.

• Work with internal teams to create high converting landing pages and effective SEO strategies to create effective growth strategies

• Consistent reviewing and optimization to drive performance

• Implement paid social best practices and use data to provide optimization recommendations

• Manage organic traffic and community management

• Keep abreast of the latest SEM and paid media trends to create new testing strategies

• providing feedback to them around their campaign builds and optimization strategy

• Creating & working on medium-to-high-budget campaigns

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

• 3+ years’ experience managing PPC accounts across Google Ads search, Facebook & ideally one other network from the following – Google Display, Instagram, LinkedIn.

• Extensive hands-on management experience of digital media through daily bid optimization, landing page analysis, and campaign performance metrics (impressions, ROI, CTR, CPL, CPA, quality scores, auction insights) spend across many campaigns.

• Demonstrable track record in delivering PPC campaigns with proven success.

• Experience creating & analyzing performance across tools such as SuperMetrics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Previous experience working with small businesses/budgets.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A creative thinking marketing mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM systems.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

• Basic understanding of SEO, web development, and cybersecurity principles.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.

• Experience in the IT services or managed services industry.

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page collaboration.

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
