Potential Team Head

Description:

This is a full-time role for a Potential Team Head at EFU Life Assurance - Karachi Gulshan Branch. The Team Head will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, managing and developing team members, setting team goals and targets, and ensuring efficient workflow. This is an on-site role located in Karāchi.

Qualifications
 

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in team management and supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (intermediate also can apply)
