The Team: The Digital Technology Services (DTS) organization is a part of the Digital Solutions corporate function. The DTS Transformation team’s goal is to transform DTS from a project-based organization to a product-oriented culture and delivery model, to drive better business outcomes and improve our customer and stakeholder experience while achieving our DTS strategic objectives.

Responsibilities and Impact: The DTS Transformation team is leading the ‘Project to Product’ Transformation for DTS, to productize our organization and drive and mature our Agile Product Delivery practices. This team works with DTS to manage, operate and improve the DTS Value Management process and lead the Agile transformation, including best-in-class Portfolio Management and Agile Product Delivery tools.
 

  • Work with DTS stakeholders/teams to understand their challenges, requirements, and define the appropriate solution and/or configuration to support their needs while aligning to DTS best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Agile & Portfolio Management Solutions Agile Release Train (ART) Product Management and Product Owners to define and plan the appropriate configuration, customization, and/or integration with other tools and applications.
  • Configure and administer Serena, Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or other Portfolio Management/Agile Product Delivery tools to increase the effectiveness of Value Management and Agile/SAFe practices, while meeting stakeholder needs.
  • Actively participate in and stay abreast of new tool feature releases and current best practices, perform user acceptance testing of upgrades, and rollout best/new practices to DTS and corporate functions.
  • Develop and deliver training and user guides to support tool/change adoption.
  • Escalate/track impediments and manage risks to meet delivery objectives and commitments.
     

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Technology, or Operations.
  • Experience on Project Portfolio Management & Agile Execution Tools (Serena - Micro Focus Tool, Azure DevOps – Microsoft Tool, JIRA – Atlassian tool).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working in and knowledge of Agile frameworks/methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
