Description:
The Portfolio Management and Agile Transformation team works with DTS to manage, operate and improve the DTS portfolio management process and lead the Agile/SAFe transformation for DTS, while supporting all S&P Global divisions and functions on the efficient execution of their strategy and continuous delivery of value through best-in-class Agile, Portfolio Management, and Product Delivery and tools.
Responsibilities
- Work with DTS/TSG and division stakeholders/teams to understand their challenges and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Agile & Portfolio Management Tools Agile Release Train (ART) Product Management and Product Owners to determine the appropriate configuration, customization, and/or integration.
- Configure and administer Serena, Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or other Portfolio Management/Agile Product Delivery tools to increase the effectiveness of Portfolio Management and SAFe/Agile practices, while meeting stakeholder needs.
- Actively participate in and stay abreast of new tool feature releases and current best practice, perform user acceptance testing of upgrades, and rollout best/new practices to DTS and corporate functions.
- Develop and deliver training and user guides to support tool/change adoption.
- Escalate/track impediments and manage risks to meet delivery objectives and commitments.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Technology, or Operations.
- Experience on Project Portfolio Management & Agile Execution Tools (Serena - Micro Focus Tool, Azure DevOps – Microsoft Tool, JIRA – Atlassian tool) Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in and knowledge of Agile frameworks/methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
