Polymer Engineer

Are you passionate about polymer science and materials innovation? Do you have experience in formulating masterbatches and fillers for plastics applications? We're looking for a Polymer Engineer to join our growing technical team and help us push the boundaries in polymer compounding and performance additives.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize formulations for masterbatches (color, additive, functional) and mineral fillers.

Select appropriate polymers, pigments, and additives based on application needs.

Conduct laboratory trials, scale-up processes, and troubleshoot production issues.

Analyze physical and chemical properties using techniques such as FTIR, TGA, DSC, MFI, etc.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent product performance.

Drive innovation in sustainable and cost-effective material solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, raw material developments, and regulatory standards.

🧠 Qualifications:

Degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of experience in masterbatch and/or filler manufacturing.

Strong understanding of thermoplastics (PE, PP, PS, etc.) and compounding techniques.

Experience with twin-screw extruders and other polymer processing equipment.

Analytical mindset with hands-on lab skills and production knowledge.
