Project Management Guidance:

  • Review ongoing projects, conduct audits, and prepare reports with corrective actions πŸ“‘.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to current processes πŸ”„.
  • Provide templates for processes and KPIs, ensuring adherence to established standards πŸ“‹.
  • Governance & Compliance:
  • Monitor, develop, and implement project management standards, policies, procedures, and KPIs πŸ—οΈ.
  • Draft new governance processes and improve existing ones ✍️.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 2 standards βœ….

 

Project Support:

  • Support project owners and managers in defining project charters, including structuring project plans, budgets, and resource plans πŸ“œ.
  • Oversee IT projects to ensure efficient task execution by project managers πŸ’».
  • Coordinate the project management team and delegate tasks as necessary πŸ—‚οΈ.

 

Leadership & Training:

  • Lead project managers toward successful project outcomes πŸš€.
  • Provide training and support to enhance project management capabilities within the organization πŸŽ“.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management) πŸ“….
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills 🎨.
