Responsibilities:
Project Management Guidance:
- Implement best practices in project management π.
- Provide methodological support and guidance to project managers πΊοΈ.
- Review ongoing projects, conduct audits, and prepare reports with corrective actions π.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to current processes π.
- Provide templates for processes and KPIs, ensuring adherence to established standards π.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Monitor, develop, and implement project management standards, policies, procedures, and KPIs ποΈ.
- Draft new governance processes and improve existing ones βοΈ.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 2 standards β
.
Project Support:
- Support project owners and managers in defining project charters, including structuring project plans, budgets, and resource plans π.
- Oversee IT projects to ensure efficient task execution by project managers π».
- Coordinate the project management team and delegate tasks as necessary ποΈ.
Leadership & Training:
- Lead project managers toward successful project outcomes π.
- Provide training and support to enhance project management capabilities within the organization π.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively seek and implement improvements in project execution π.
- Promote a positive, motivated, and energetic work environment π.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) π.
- Proficiency in Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management π οΈ.
- Hands-on experience with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management) π

- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills π¨.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 2 π
